Wer anbietet und wer verkauft

Die Apps bietet Annika Boewer unter dem Namen Annico an (siehe Impressum). Verkauft werden Abos ausschließlich über den App Store von Apple. Für Kauf, Zahlung, Rechnung, Widerruf und Erstattung gelten deshalb die Bedingungen von Apple; dazu gehört die Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung für Apps (EULA), die für die Nutzung der Apps gilt.

Was gratis ist und was Plus bringt

• Ohne Abo hörst du einen Teil der Geschichten dauerhaft gratis; welche das sind, zeigt die App mit „Gratis“.
• Plus schaltet alle Geschichten der jeweiligen App frei, auch alle neuen, und erlaubt das Laden für unterwegs.
• Jede App hat ihr eigenes Abo: SchlummerLernen Kids Plus gilt nur in SchlummerLernen Kids, Plus für SchlummerLernen nur in SchlummerLernen.

Laufzeit, Preis und Testphase

• Es gibt ein Monats- und ein Jahresabo. Preis und Laufzeit zeigt die App vor dem Kauf in deiner Landeswährung an; abgebucht wird über deinen Apple-Account.
• Das Jahresabo beginnt beim ersten Abschluss mit sieben Tagen gratis. Kündigst du in der Testphase mindestens 24 Stunden vor ihrem Ende, zahlst du nichts.
• Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch um die gewählte Laufzeit, wenn du es nicht spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf kündigst. Die Verlängerung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ablauf abgebucht.
• Ändern wir einen Preis, informiert dich Apple vorher; bei einer Erhöhung musst du je nach Land zustimmen, sonst endet das Abo.

Kündigen und verwalten

Kündigen kannst du jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines iPhones: „Einstellungen“ → dein Name → „Abonnements“. Nach der Kündigung bleibt Plus bis zum Ende der bezahlten Laufzeit aktiv. Für Erstattungen wende dich an Apple unter reportaproblem.apple.com.

Familienfreigabe und neues iPhone

Ein Abo lässt sich mit der Familienfreigabe von Apple mit bis zu fünf weiteren Familienmitgliedern teilen. Auf einem neuen iPhone tippst du in der App auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“; das Abo gilt dann auch dort.

Inhalte

Wir erweitern das Angebot laufend. Einzelne Geschichten können wir überarbeiten oder ersetzen, solange der Umfang des Abos insgesamt erhalten bleibt. Die Geschichten dienen der Unterhaltung und dem Einschlafen; sie ersetzen keinen Unterricht und keine ärztliche Beratung.

Who offers and who sells

The apps are offered by Annika Boewer under the name Annico (see the legal notice). Subscriptions are sold exclusively through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s terms therefore apply to purchase, payment, invoices, withdrawal and refunds; this includes the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs the use of the apps.

What is free and what Plus adds

• Without a subscription, some stories are free for good; the app marks them “Free”.
• Plus unlocks every story in the respective app, including all new ones, and lets you download them for trips.
• Each app has its own subscription: SchlummerLernen Kids Plus only works in SchlummerLernen Kids, Plus for SchlummerLernen only in SchlummerLernen.

Term, price and free trial

• There is a monthly and a yearly plan. The app shows the price and term in your local currency before you buy; payment is charged to your Apple Account.
• The yearly plan starts with seven days free the first time you subscribe. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
• The subscription renews automatically for the chosen term unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current term.
• If we change a price, Apple informs you in advance; for an increase you may need to agree, depending on your country, or the subscription ends.

Cancelling and managing

You can cancel any time in your iPhone settings: “Settings” → your name → “Subscriptions”. After cancelling, Plus stays active until the end of the paid term. For refunds, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Family Sharing and a new iPhone

A subscription can be shared with up to five other family members through Apple’s Family Sharing. On a new iPhone, tap “Restore purchases” in the app and the subscription works there too.

Content

We keep adding to the catalogue. We may revise or replace individual stories as long as the overall scope of the subscription is preserved. The stories are meant for entertainment and falling asleep; they do not replace school lessons or medical advice.
